Tax Services

Profits tax returns, salaries tax, tax planning, source-of-profits analysis and support with IRD enquiries.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, management reporting and cloud accounting setup.

Company Secretarial & Incorporation

Incorporation in four markets, statutory registers, annual returns, director changes and registered address support.

Immigration & Mobility

Eligibility assessment and document coordination for work, investment and dependant visas across the four markets.

Cross-border Advisory

Market entry, holding structures, transaction support, internal controls and outsourced finance leadership.

Markets

Where we work.

Entity choice, tax residence and filing obligations differ in each market. We compare the options first, then coordinate incorporation, accounting, audit and immigration support.

Hong Kong HK

Territorial tax, no VAT, annual statutory audit and a common-law framework long used for regional holding and trading companies.

Singapore SG

A regional headquarters hub with a 17% corporate rate, GST and a resident-director requirement for local companies.

Mainland China CN

WFOE or joint-venture setup, VAT invoicing, annual corporate income tax reconciliation and locally licensed support.

United States US

LLC or corporation setup, federal and state filings, sales-tax nexus and coordination with US licensed advisers.

Tax rates and filing requirements are indicative and subject to change. Local statutory audit, tax representation, legal and immigration work is carried out by locally licensed professionals where required.
Why AONECPA

A single view of a cross-border business.

Where the entity sits, who signs the contract, how funds move and who files the return are connected questions. We keep them on one timeline instead of treating them as four unrelated tasks.

01

One point of contact

Hong Kong, Singapore, Mainland China and US matters are coordinated by the same team, with locally licensed professionals brought in where the law requires.

02

Scope and fees first

We confirm the work, assumptions, timetable and fee basis before engagement. Out-of-scope work is agreed before it is performed.

03

Compliance in context

Audit, tax and secretarial filings are not just forms. We flag cash flow, related-party and control issues so compliance informs decisions.

04

Independence and confidentiality

Audit independence, client confidentiality and anti-money-laundering checks are non-negotiable. Work is documented and traceable.

About

A Hong Kong practice built around cross-border work.

Our clients are usually managing more than one set of rules: a Hong Kong audit deadline alongside a Singapore board meeting, Mainland invoicing that affects Hong Kong revenue recognition, or US sales-tax thresholds that depend on where contracts are signed.

We start with the business substance, ownership and money flow, then arrange the filings and documents. Where local audit, tax, legal or immigration input is required, we work with licensed professionals in that jurisdiction and keep one point of accountability.

We do not claim to provide every service in every market. Our role is to decide what needs a local expert, what can be coordinated centrally, and in what order.
